Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Refunds
In general we do not offer refunds. In special circumstances if specifically sought for and you have made a payment and request for a refund before accessing any of the content of the Course we may accept your request for a refund..
If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next course purchase on our Platform. Refund credits may expire if not used within a specified period, and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms or our you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
Given the nature of the services that we provide, once you have access to online content we have rendered our services. Should you choose to cancel your subscription before accessing any of the content, you may be entitled to a refund as per our Refund Policy.
If you have already accessed any of the content that you have paid for, you may not be entitled to any refund but would be free to cancel your subscription from when you will stop receiving notifications from us and we will remove all personal information and data.
