Dr. Ranjith Karthekeyan is a dynamic and established Cardiac Anesthesiologist and a respected member of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Anesthesia (IACTA). He is an established postgraduate teacher and examiner for MD Anesthesia, Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia and Doctorate in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia (D.M). He has various publications to his name and is also a peer reviewer for multiple journals. He is currently professor and Head of Cardiac Anesthesia at Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai, India. He is the Founder and director of the most acclaimed e-learning platform (RAA Online). He has anesthetized over 25,000 cases over a span of 24 years. He has created a datababse for IACTA and PUBLISHED an audio format for mediastinal mass.

Mrs Jayashree Janakiraman has completed her Master of Arts in Medical and Psychiatric social work form Madras School of Social Work. Mrs. Jayashree Janakiraman understand the business imperative of wellbeing, experience and knowledge of mental health and wellness, empathetic leadership, creativity, collaboration, change management, an ability to grasp analytics, and solve problems. As a Chief Welfare Officer Mrs. Jayashree Janakiraman will monitor the employee satisfaction with company wellness programs. Creating and maintaing a culture of wellness in the workplace, including education initiatives.

Dr. Shyam Thangaraju completed his Masters in Medical Science and Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur with CGPA of 9.17 and completed the Anesthesia residency with a gold medal from Sri Ramachandra University. He worked as a subject matter expert in the medical device practice, Engineering and R&D division of HCL, working with clients including 7 of the top 10 medical device manufactures in the world. He was responsible for publishing 14 patents and multiple white papers in that area of expertise. He has multiple book and journal publications including one which is referenced in the prestigious Nature journal.

Mr. Venkatesh has completed Masters in Engineering and Doctorate Research in management. He is one of the leading business analysts in medical education sector in India and has travelled across the country developing various market strategies. He is an expert in team building and has given career counselling to over 50,000 students throughout India. His areas of strength include general management, marketing, mobile application development for medical learning and team building.

Mr. Selvam Muniasamy was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in November 2022. He has worked in multiple countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar for 2 decades. His experience is mostly in the banking industry and held various senior management role including Head of Financial Planning & Strategy, Senior Manager - Assets, Liabilities and Capital management, Business Finance - Retail Banking and Wealth Management in leading banks like Gulf Bank, Kuwait, Ahli bank, Qatar and Saudi Brities Bank (SABB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has also worked in various senior finance roles in other industries, with a long and successful 34 years career in Finance. He has received various rewards and recognitions from the management for his accomplishments in his role during his career. Mr. Selvam Muniasamy is a Master of Commerce graduate from the Madras University, and finalist in Chartered Accountancy. He has also obtained extraordinary leader training provided by Zenger Folkman, USA in the areas of risk management and treasury management. He was also specifically trained in assets, liabilities and capital management provided by middle eastern banks.
