Description
Hemodynamic alterations in surgery requires prompt recognition and timely intervention.If left untreated usually leads to death.Treatment of hemodynamic alterations occurs concurrently or ahead of the diagnostic process. The maintenance of end-organ perfusion is critical to prevent irreversible organ injury and failure, and this frequently requires the use of fluid resuscitation and vasopressors.
